Spotlight Automotive's Third Supplier Day Successfully Held

Recently, Spotlight successfully held the third Supplier Day in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu Province, with the theme “Together Enforce Quality and Innovation into the Common Bright Future”. The conference gathered more than two hundred core supplier representatives in the automotive field to discuss quality management, technological innovation and sustainable development, and jointly build an efficient and collaborative supply chain system.

During the conference, Mr. Mark Zhao, Senior Vice President of Great Wall Motor and Chairman of Spotlight, highly praised the outstanding contributions of suppliers and expressed his affirmation and gratitude for the policy support and business environment provided by the local government. The pure electric MINI model produced at its Zhangjiagang manufacturing base, after winning the European automotive industry's coveted "Golden Steering Wheel" award in the small car segment last year, has recently been honored with the "Outstanding Model in High and Low-Temperature Mileage Evaluation for Electric Passenger Cars" award by the China Quality Certification Center. In terms of safety, the new electric MINI Cooper and its electric JCW models have also just received the highest safety 5-star safety rating in the European new car assessment programme (E-NCAP) certification, offering the highest level of safety assurance on top of pure karting driving fun.
