Core Management Team

As a 50:50 joint venture, the two shareholders of Spotlight – Great Wall Motor and BMW Group, follow the management concept of “equality and balance”. They are equal in terms of authority and responsibility in corporate governance. Spotlight Board of Management is composed of members from Great Wall Motor and BMW Group, they have rich experience and expertise in R&D, production and quality, which can not only adapt to Chinese culture, but also meet the requirements of global market.
