Light up a Better Future Spotlight's Second Plant Experience Summer Camp Officially Kicks Off

On June 27, Spotlight announced the official launch of its second annual Plant Experience Summer Camp. This summer, Spotlight will open its intelligent manufacturing plant to young students from across the country. Using industrial smart manufacturing as the classroom and real production lines as the learning material, the camp offers an immersive study tour that combines advanced manufacturing, cultural tourism, and career exploration.

Nearly 3000 students visiting Spotlight in the Past Two Years

Last summer, Spotlight successfully hosted its first Plant Experience Summer Camp, which received enthusiastic responses from the public. Since launching its industrial study tour program in 2024, Spotlight has welcomed nearly 3,000 students to visit the plant. Standing alongside real intelligent manufacturing lines, students have experienced the strength of China’s automotive industry firsthand and planted the seeds of technology and innovation through hands-on career exploration.

This year, building on the success of the first camp, Spotlight has upgraded the program with "industrial tourism" as its central theme. The new edition offers a richer and more in-depth learning experience, giving more students the opportunity to step inside a world-class intelligent manufacturing plant and witness the full journey of a car—from a sheet of metal to a finished vehicle rolling off the production line—while experiencing the powerful momentum of China’s advanced manufacturing.

A Powerhouse Partnership Sets a New Benchmark for Industrial Research and Education

In October 2025, Spotlight entered into a four-party cooperation arrangement with China Travel Service Travel (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., the Zhangjiagang Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, and Zhangjiagang Culture, Commerce and Tourism Group. This milestone marked the official launch of Spotlight's industrial tourism program.

Leveraging the combined strengths of multiple resources, the 2026 Summer Camp has established three core educational components—tours of intelligent automotive manufacturing facilities, , exploration of Zhangjiagang's local culture, and immersive career experiences. Together, they create a one-stop, in-depth industrial study tour. "We hope that through this summer camp, children will not only 'see' the plant but also to truly 'understand' manufacturing and develop a passion for innovation," said Louis Li, Spotlight CEO. "We have always been committed to science and technology education for young people. Industrial tourism is not just a tour—it is an awakening of dreams. We hope that every child who steps into Spotlight will ignite that light of hope for the future within their hearts."

Building on this initiative, Spotlight will use its Zhangjiagang production base as the foundation to further integrate industrial culture with tourism experiences, striving to develop a distinctive industrial tourism brand while contributing to high-quality local economic development.
